In this episode, I talk with Diana Jost about moving as you feel—finding the space between structured yoga poses and freer, intuitive movement. Since we met in 2008, we’ve followed and encouraged each other on our journeys and life paths. Diana lives in the Algarve, where she teaches yoga, leads women’s retreats, and works as a somatic educator. She also loves to sing and play the accordion, bringing joy and creativity into her practice.
In this inspiring conversation, we explore the power of slowing down, listening deeply within, and allowing the body to guide and move us. There is so much more available to us when we dare to be still and trust our inner wisdom.
Want to dive deeper? Diana has curated a special playlist for you to explore how your body wants to move. You can find it on Spotify.
