In 2015, the British fundraising sector was startled by emerging cases of misconduct. Joe Jenkins, chair of the Fundraising Convention, who also works for the Children’s Society, sits down with guest presenter Jolan to talk about the code of conduct for charities introduced by the Institute of Fundraising (IoF), which ensure transparency and respect in the sector. Joe also talks about the ways in which the sector needs to become more dynamic to stay relevant and impactful in the 21st century.
