Last month 9 Energy Ministers from North Sea countries - including the Netherlands and Norway - signed a declaration to reinforce cooperation in developing 300 gigawatts of offshore wind capacity in the North Sea. While this may sound distant, such large-scale energy projects can directly impact citizens’ energy costs across Europe.
