Eslyn was born during the apartheid era in South Africa and grew up in a family rooted in generosity, service and community. At 25 she experienced what she calls her first awakening, a quarter life crisis that forced her to ask one piercing question:
will my life matter?
That question shifted her from autopilot success into purpose driven impact. Since then her path has moved through corporate leadership, founding Dream Girls Academy, navigating burnout and radical reinvention and ultimately relocating to Amsterdam to embody what she now calls luminary leadership.
