In this conversation, we talk about the eight essentials of a project team. Just as a reminder:
- Purpose: the mission or reason of being
- Success: the results of the outcome expected
- Scope: what's in and whats out? The time by when the deliverable is completed; additional limitations or conditions
- Resources: the people on the team, time and funds
- Charge: the person or groups from whom the team receives its charge and to whom it is accountable
- Solution process: the method used to produce the deliverable
- Leadership process: the method to make decisions, assign tasks, establish policies, address issues, etc.
- Teamwork: the level of trust, communication, participation, and accountability
