Marloes IJpelaar is schrijver, acteur, regisseur en medeoprichter van Club Lam. Club Lam is een feministisch gezelschap dat theater, film, tekst, beeld en andere disciplines samenbrengt in brutale, scherpe en speelse voorstellingen. Samen met Ayla Çekin Satijn en Ella Kamerbeek maakt ze werk dat vrouwelijke perspectieven centraal stelt en verhalen hervertelt die te lang door mannen zijn gedomineerd. Tijdens de Limburg Biënnale is een door Club Lam gecureerde ruimte in Odapark (Venray) te zien t/m 23 augustus 2026.

Ze vertelt over haar lievelingsschilderij: Grimaces et Misères van Fernand Pelez. ‘Een gevoel van melancholie, verlangen en ontroerende triestheid overviel me.'

De Onzichtbare Collectie richt zich op verhalen van mensen over hun favoriete kunstwerk. Het is een online kunstcollectie die je niet kan zien, maar wel kunt horen. Marres oogst verhalen waarin mensen van alle leeftijden en achtergronden hun kunstervaring delen.

Marloes IJpelaar is a writer, actor, director, and co-founder of Club Lam. Club Lam is a feminist collective that brings together theater, film, text, visual art, and other disciplines in bold, sharp, and playful performances. Together with Ayla Çekin Satijn and Ella Kamerbeek, she creates work that centers female perspectives and retells stories that have been dominated by men for too long. During the Limburg Biënnale, a space curated by Club Lam can be seen at Odapark (Venray) through August 23, 2026.

The Invisible Collection focuses on people's stories about their favorite artwork. It is an online art collection that you cannot see but can hear. Marres harvests stories in which people of all ages and backgrounds share their art experiences.
