The #1 question I get asked is: Why did you leave your diplomacy career? Followed by #2: Will you go back? Which always surprises me because it's been over 3 years since I quit as a diplomat and started my coaching practice!

However, sometimes I do miss certain elements of that career and lately I've been wondering...
