In this episode, I host Kea-Sophie Stack, who transitioned from a 10-year career as an attorney in Munich to an entrepreneur in the wellbeing field in Los Angeles. As a busy global citizen who likes to travel, I don’t find it easy to always stick to my health, food and work-out routines when I’m on the go - and I often notice the difference in my energy. Kea-Sophie, who is also a former coachee of mine, is an example to me of sticking to habits, so that’s why I invited her on the show - because there’s a lot to be gained in routines for other busy, globetrotting high achievers!
