How We Handle Life Really is All About What We are Thinking with Dr. Robb Kelly

Alcoholism and drug addiction affect all of us in some way. It could be that you are struggling at the moment or struggling with family members who are going through addiction problems. Today’s guest and his inspiring journey through alcohol addiction and recovery will motivate those to get out of a very vicious and dangerous cycle.

Dr. Robb Kelly, “The Recovery Expert” has a Ph.D. in Psychology from the prestigious University of Oxford. He is an executive coach, an addiction psychologist, and a behavioral scientist who coaches and does public speaking as well as various tv appearances. He is also an author, a podcast host, and a radio host.

He founded the Rob Kelly Recovery Group in November 2012 and he has a 98% success rate which is unheard of. He believes and knows very detailed information about our neuro pathways and what makes us think the way we think. We all have a million-dollar mind, but our pathways have been blocked, moved, and changed, and he helps put those back together.

If you feel like the tendencies are there, brought on either from family or from our society, Dr. Robb Kelly’s interesting story about his plight and his fight to save his life will motivate you to seek help.
