A conversation about the need for reconstructive surgery, the madness of medical genital mutilation that also puts mother and child in great danger during childbirth. On the responsibility of politicians to put an end to this barbarism that unfortunately still occurs in Europe. Doctor Foldès is one of Assita's heroes. He has already helped more than 6,000 women.
