Marjolijn Vlug is a career coach who helps you explore, own and create a job and career that is truly you-shaped. After a career in HR and recruitment, she experienced coaching and discovered that being a coach herself, and a solopreneur, really allows her to be Marjolijn-shaped. Entrepreneurship gives her flexibility in her family life with small kids, and the freedom to fully work from her own talents and values. As a coach, Marjolijn often works with internationals in the Netherlands and with multi-passionates (multi-potentialites) like herself. That said, she’s really interested in every individual’s personal story.
